Up-Rezzing HDV or DVCproHD to HDCAM

Considering the move from another editing system to FCP Studio and moving into the HD arena. What is needed inorder to up-res DVCproHD or HDV to HDCAM? Would one of the products from AJA or Blackmagic do this? Or is there another method? Is this a process done inside FCP?

If this has been discussed before please excuse the post. Did a search but didn’t come across what I was looking for.
