  unsupported format

  I am working in pro 1.5 almost finished with project. 2hr later went back to open project some of the media was offline the media is on the hard drive. when I tryed to bring it back to pro it says unsupported format or damaged file the file plays in window media player. Is there anything i can do.thank You.
