  unsupported file format

  hello!

  i need help with importing avi files to after effects. you see am trying to reload all my CG stuff to AE. i transferred to a new computer so am re-linking and reloading files. however am getting the “unsupported file format” error message everytime i reload my footages.

  i’ve checked my avi files and they’re working well outside AE.

  what could be the reason for this error?
