I am not sure why Master Collection has so many problems getting a decent upgrade install and working config, but I have just about lost my mind overall.

I think my last hurdle in a all out assault to reinstall the entire suite in a clean manner is MP4 support and I assume other rendering and file format support.

When I attempt to drag or import a MP4 file that plays well in many players I get the error “Unsupported format or damaged file.”
    I have installed:

Premier Pro CS3 with the most current uutomatic update.
    Quicktime Pro 7.5 (861)
