How can I delete the audio on the timeline from a screen capture done in Camtasia Studio 6?

I did a short screen grab, and recorded to .avi. Then I brought the .avi onto the timeline in Vegas Pro 10.0e. The video inserts an audio track below the .avi event. When I delete the audio event it deletes the video event as well.

How can I delete the audio and leave the video? It is not a show stopper, but it would just make the timeline cleaner.

Found it! Right-click, Group, “Remove From.” Then delete the audio.

I wonder if I can mark my own answer as a solution? Lol.

A fun tip – you can also click on the audio and press “U” (for ungroup). This achieves the same effect.
