  Uninstall on a mac???

  I’ve got this 4.8 junk on my 1.6 ghz running Tiger and it’s so buggy I want to go back to 4.6 and Panther which I heard is more stable.
  As I understand it I should:
  Uninstall the old AXP and reinstall, repair disk permissions.

  Please tell me how to uninstall an app on a Mac. and anything else I should do to start over.
