    Please help if you can.
    I am working on this video and I captured all my footage using a batch list in MpegStreamclip. So I assume all the footage captured the same way. There is only one clip though that drives me crazy. It is a shot similar to all the others in full hd, 29.97 fps. If I look at it in the preview window, it is had and very high quality, BUT as soon as I put it in the timeline, it turns nasty. I cant even recognize faces. I recaptured the shot again, and the same thing happened. I rendered all, no succes. I checked all kinds of settings, no succes. I asked people that work with finally cut for years, no succes. I used a JVC everio (mpeg4), Final Cut Pro. Please help, any tips are welcome.

    If it’s the same format as the other clips, and it’s ugly… bet the original is corrupted somehow…might try another piece of software to deal with it other than MPEG Streamclip? Not sure what other than some pretty expensive stuff…

    Does Compressor open the files? If so try that…
