  Underwater ripple, glow, and blur effect

  So heres the video that i’m somewhat trying to replicate –

  I’ve created something similar with psunami and the light with trapcode’s shine, but I’ve been experimenting with glows and blurs for the text, and i can’t find anything that looks the same as the video. My questions – how was the initial glow on the text created, what kind of blur was used on the text that was not focused in on (not part of the titles),and how was the moving glow/ripple effect done on the text? i’m talking about while the text is being written on, not the ripple effect when it dissapears from the video.
