    Shoot with a flat, muted color profile.
    They were going with a late 70’s feel and vibe there.

    It looks to me that they shot flat and by window light on a cloudy day. My guess is that they did not use artifical light but may have had a reflector for fill.probably was simple. Desaturate your footage. It could also be a ‘bullets’ effect used at just a touch.
