    I’ve been getting this error, “Unable to reach adobe servers” when trying to access Creative Cloud. I tried unticking automatic proxies, as suggested online. I even updated to Catalina, which I was really loathe to do, but it’s still happening. Has anyone else encountered this and how did you fix it.

    P.S. this forum is a bit buggy. Tried posting this earlier and it disappeared after telling me “wait a minute, you move too fast.” Seems to happen every post, ever since the site got redesigned.

    Is this when launching AE or when trying to sign in to the Creative Cloud app?

    I’m in the US and am not having an issue. Where are you located?

    https://status.adobe.com/ doesn’t list any issues with Creative Cloud servers at the moment anywhere in the world.

    This is when trying to open CC. I’m in the US. I know it can’t be their servers because I’ve had this problem for months and nothing’s seemed to help.

    Probably something to do with overly aggressive firewall or antivirus settings. Contacting Adobe support might be a useful next step.
