    Hello,

I am trying to complete a tutorial on using a null object to control the movement of an emitter in Trapcode Particular, and the tutorial is instructing me to pick whip the x,y position in the emitter to the overall position of the null object. I am able to do this with no problem; however, when the tutorial instructed me to pick whip Position Z in the emitter to the Z Position in the null object, I notice that my null object does not have a Z Position – only X and Y. I cannot figure out what I am doing incorrectly, but I cannot create a null object with a Z Position. Thanks in advance for any help anyone may be able to provide.

Hi Benjamin, have you changed the null to 3D?

Lol. As soon as I posted this, I realized that that was my problem. Thank you so much for the reply, though.
