Unable to Add Foreign Language Text to Titles
I’m having a problem where some foreign languages such as Thai and Korean appear as empty black boxes instead of showing the actual character.
I am able to see/copy and paste them just fine in Notepad, but not in Premiere Pro.
I’m using Premiere Pro 5.5… any suggestions?

Hi Edward,
Are you copying FROM Notepad to Premiere? Don’t copy from Word etc.
An alternative would be to create the titles in After Effects and use Dynamic Link.

I’ve tried copying directly from Notepad and still nothing. I will try the dynamic link route.

Try Arial Unicode, that worked for me.
