I have a sequence that contains a number of nested clips. Now moving to the colour correction stage and need the original clips timecode. Is there a way to un nest a sequence or selected clips that will revert the nests to their original clips. I really don’t like using nests for this very reason and generally avoid them except when i need to add effects globally. There is no mention of this in the manual that I can find. I know I can manually double clip the clip in the sequence which opens up the un nested original sequence, but that’s a whole lot of copying and pasting not to mention the nested clips have been trimmed.
