Ultrastudio 4k not showing up or recognized by mac
I recently purchased an Ultrastudio 4k. It initially was recognized by my MACPRO
MACPRO 2013Processor 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5
Memory 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 ECC
Dual Graphics AMD FirePro D500 3072 Mo
Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)It initially worked and I was able to get a live stream into resolve 11.
Now the system will not recognize the device after update Video Desktop 10.3.
System preferences / Desktop video (does not see ultra studio 4k).I have tried disconnecting all devices and only connecting the Ultrastudio 4k (still nothing).
I have tried various Thunderbolt ports and cables (still nothing)..The weird thing is that System Report see the thunderbolt device…

Have you found a solution? My US4K is having the exact same issue. I can also get a signal in to the preview screen and out to my studio monitor, but the log and capture canvas is completely black….
