  Ultrastudio 4k not recognized in OSX 10.8.5

  Hi all,
  I installed Desktop Video 9.9.3 to Imac 10.8.5 Installer said it wanted to upgrade the device. I accidently unplugged thunderbolt cable from Ultrastudio while it was probably updating. Now Desktop video doesn’t recognize device. I can see Ultrastudio under Thunderbolt hardware in “About this Mac” System report but everything is greyed out in Desktop Video and it says “No settings required”. Also there is three buttons illuminated in the front interface of Ultrastudio so it seems it is messed up. Can I somehow revert back to factory settings? I tried to install older Desktop Video software but no success. All help is appreciated…
