UltraStudio 4K and Avid MC

Ive had the BMD and MC running for weeks with no issues (other than the AAF rant I have posted all over here).
Worked on this system last Saturday and no problems at all.
Come in today and find Video Output missing from the Settings menu.
I can also see the 10bit option missing from the timeline.
Played around with the System Prefs and still nothing.
Using the BMD Desktop software I can see the 10bit HD Color Bar Test Clip fine on all displays.
Were using a BMD Studio VideoHub here.
I re-installed all software and started from scratch and still no Video Output.
I am now deploying a whole new Mac Pro similar to last workstation settings.
Im hoping this isnt going to be the norm with BMD and Avid MC.
Using MC 7.0.4 on OS X 10.9.4 on new Mac Pro.

Solved this issue by removing all software (no reformat) then re-install.
I also figured out a working Thunderbolt pattern so that I can run the following on a D700 Mac Pro 8-Corez:
Sonnet Echo Express III Rack
– RED ROCKET
Sonnet Echo Express III Rack
– Digidesign HDX PCI
Black Magic Design UltraStudio 4K
GRAID Studio 8TB
Apple Cinema 30″ (2) displaysDigidesign Pro Tools running with HD I/O and Sync HD
Avid Media Composer using BMD UltraStudio 4K
