  UltraScope+Decklink in one system?

  Short of dual boot, is it possible to have an UltraScope and a Decklink card in the system system and the same OS instance?

  (Tried hardware profiles – didn’t work. Even if the device is disabled in a profile, its driver is still present and BMD package refuses to install if it senses that there already another installation there.)
