Ultimate S Pro is only automating what you can do manually so this doesn’t make any sense. They are the same crossfades either way.

I see you sent us an email at VASST earlier this week. I’ll reply there. I’d like to see a project file with both kinds of crossfades to see if we can detect what’s different.

Problem solved John. I’ve switched to using Vegas 8 32bit and all is in order.

Glad you got it working. If you were using Vegas Pro 8.1 it does have some bugs that were fixed in 8.0c but there was never an 8.1c release so 8.1 is back at the 8.0b level. You are probably better off sticking with 8.0c if you don’t want to upgrade to 10.0.
