TypeGEMsRT – The Ray-tracing Version of TypeGEMs is Now Available
Hi folks, TypeGEMs was released yesterday.
Here’s a link to the TypeGEMsRT presets showcase and here’s the TypeGEMs/TypeGEMsRT product page.
TypeGEMs is a User-interface that includes additional features for AE’s Type Tool that makes creating type animations in AE an incredibly quick and highly rewarding experience.
TypeGEMsRT provides the same functionality as TypeGEMs ((Introductory Video) with added features for AE’s ray-tracing option.

It should be noted that a single use of TypeGEMsRT should allow the user to recoup costs, plus make a decent profit. As long as the user charges a premium for 3D text animations, TypeGEMsRT provides a viable and flexible option. Then, the whole idea of TypeGEMs is to make animating type in AE an incredibly easy and rewarding experience. If you’ve ever had to work with the Type Tool with a sit-in client who wants to try different animation options, you know you’re in for a rough ride.
