Two Vegas questions from a NEWB
1. When I reverse a clip, it plays back very choppy and uneven. It also renders just as poorly.
Why? How do I fix this?
2. I was told you could time stretch a clip just by draggin the edge of it, but that just slip edits the clip (as it should).
How do you time stretch (for slow or fast motion)?Thank you.

AS Brett said, hold down the ctrl key a you drag the right-hand of the video.
I’ve used that function before in Vegas for slow motion and it works quite nicely. -
Hold the alt key while draging the edge to slow down or speed up.
YOu can also right click on the event and add a velocity enveope that alows you to do the same, but with the ability to add points and specify parts to adjust the speed. Hope this helps, Danny Hays
