  Two MC 3.0 over a network

  I have only ever worked on single standalone avids. I will be starting a project late october with two workstaions with AVID MC 3.0 on mac intel based. They will be sharing a RAID disk, can the projects be shared so that my assistant can log while I edit? Do I need some special hardware/software for this?

  We are shooting on RED so I thought I could transcode on one machine and log while the other machine I use for editing only?
