August 5, 2018 at 9:33 amSorry, I was asking if it was even possible to run it that slow. I thought that it being so slow might make it stutter or something.

I have never dropped in one stage down to 5% – never. Now that we know what you’re about, I would do incremental reductions to see firstly if you can get it SMOOTH or start observing just where it is becoming jerky.
My opinion? Maybe you’re asking just too much of TWIXTOR+your system+recorded at too slow frame rate to start with – there is that, yeah ???? ? Now do some research and discover just how fast a fame rate you need to drop down to 5% . TWIXTOR will attempt to redraw frames to intersperse, but maybe you’ve just hit the MATH wall, and this is the jerkiness you’re getting?
BTW, have you got CPU or GPU or a combo working with TWIXTOR?

August 5, 2018 at 10:03 amOh yeah, the other ting I do is to extend my Vegas Event SUBCLIP by the multiple of the %. So, an Event that is 5 seconds long and I know I’m going to elect for 50% I will extend twice, and pull out the end, which makes it 10 seconds. I notice I don’t see your 5% being pullout to be repeated 20 times?

August 6, 2018 at 12:09 amAfter much research, I have found the problem.
I was recording on a GoPro and they have this low light correction feature. I didn’t know what the feature could cause frame loss. I turned the feature off, did some test recordings, did all the right steps, and now it is working great!
Thank you for all of the help!

Well, you’re welcome, but I don’t feel I’ve earned it? So, something in the capture process “helped” to mess with the TWIXTOR processing.
