Turning an Map image into 3D in Vegas

Referring to the screen capture your video is not broadcast safe because it exceeds 100. Considering that it is a solid line on the right side of the waveform I’m guessing that it’s your logo. See here:

Hi John: I chose the setting Lenient 7.5 setup and applied it to the entire video track. Here is what it looked like in the wafeform monitor. Is this still too unsafe? By the way the Map on the video is going to be about only 20 percent of this size when completed. I am wondering if that will change the broadcast safe settings… hmm..

Apply it to the video output. You still have values over 100 on the waveform monitor.
