Turn On Sound Effect
How to turn on the sound effect. I have created an animated text with after effect and would like to add a sound effect. I have added a sound effect (*.mp3) and added to the timeline but I cannot hear any sound.
I already tested the file and it has sound if I click it but the sound disappeared after I added in after effect. How to turn the sound on?

To hear sound from the timeline in Ae, see these instructions and images:
1) You must have the correct output set for Preferences > Audio Hardware:
2) You must have the sound icon enabled in the Preview Panel:
3)You must have sound enabled for the layer, and you must not lower the level all the way. A level setting of +0.00 will keep the level as it was in the original:
