  • Trying to save a corrupted Bin

Hello, I have been working on a documentary and the system froze while some bins were open.

All the bins open now just fine except one. The one with all the recent editors versions. It will be days of much work to replicate what has not been backed up.

The error was this… when I try to open that bin
‘Unable to open file ‘Billy’s Cut”
    Excepton: DOMAIN_COPYOUT_FAILED
    Exception: STRM_UNEXPECTED_TAG. Gotillegaltag:0

Does anyone have any suggestions as to fix this?
I tried renaming the bin. nothing. I tired going into the attic but the only version from earlier today that I could find did not work when I brought it in. Seems that it did not backup anything from last month which is odd.

I have the corrupted bin contents open in a text document. I heard there was a way to ‘fix’ the corrupted code within the document. Does anyone know how to do this?

I have tried going through the bin attic but for some reason the files have not been backing up for the last month. I have no idea why, wrong time for this error to have happened. Anyway, trying to find a more recent saved bin than three days prior to the meltdown.
