Trying to reproduice ke$ha’s video effect
hello everybody!
happy new year!I’m trying to reproduice ke$ha’s video distortion effect but i can”t understand or find a good way to do it

the effect happens at 30 secs or soi tried with displacement maps, offsets, or even liquify effects, but none of these worked 🙁
can you help me?i was also wondering if there was a way to automate that kind of animations with some expressions, since the girl is like diplicated 3 times, would it be possible to multiply her X times with expressions?

It just looks like three copies of the layer masked out and animated on the x-axis. Maybe a bit of distortion on the edges, but it’s hard to tell on this YouTube video.
