    On this website reel Slick 9 I am working on some of these transitions, an trying to recreate them, but I was looking for a more effectient way to do it, if there is one.

    1. Sequence – I have two movies, and believe I would bring each movie in with 6 serperate instances in the comp, and then I create masks, at each of the 6 dividing points, so there are 6 sections for each of the two movies. Then this is where I get lost, could I just rotate in a 3D plane, and have the movie 2 parented to movie 1, and then when it reaches 50% mark movie 2 rotates in??? This seems like what it does, but it also doesn’t seem effecient the way I am setting it up??

    2. Sequence in & Out – Is this taking the 6 masks and bringing them in and rotating them as the position shifts?

    3. Slat’s – Same idea

    4. Twist’s – There are different twists, I don’t know what they do for these?

    5. Block in’s – I don’t see myself using them, but thought they were kinda cool, and wondering if they were replicatable?

    Have you tried the card wipe transition? It should be able to do most of those quite easily. For the “twist” ones, check out the CC Ball Action effect, or CC Twister. I think you need the professional bundle of AE for all these effects, though I’m not certain.
