Trying to keep best video from .MOD file
So I am a new video editor and could use some help. I record our team’s volleyball games and would like to use it for player feedback. The JVC camcorder I record to saves .MOD files.
What is the best way for me to convert that file to save image quality when working on it in Premiere Pro?
What is the best file type to save it to after working with it in Premiere for best DVD playback?
What are the best setting I should use in Premiere to optimize the video for playback on a DVD player?

You could try extracting the audio with this.
