  trying to create audio files..resulting in hissing files

  I am trying to create wavs/mp3’s from a video clip in AE CS3. In the timeline I can play the clip, and it sounds fine. When I export as either a wav or an mp3, it comes out hissing. Any thoughts? Do I need to set it on a different setting?
