BANDY BO BANDING in h264
Hi, I’m exporting, (not a newbie) totally frustrated as ANY thing I pick in the h264 flavour is creating banding on tracking shots on drywall. Super high data rates, 2 pass vbr, maximum bit depth – doesn’t matter = banding. Somebody straighten me out please and I’ll buy you a pizza. (everything fine in Pres btw)

1. is max bit depth and max quality on? 2. try exporting to a high quality mezzanine like prores then encode to h.264 with free shutter encoder.
