    hello,
    is it true that you should not save .mov files or other file types in the same drive as the one in which the OMF files are saved. for example,

    my S: drive has all my OMF files. I also save all my AE renders there also.
    will this cause any problems or is it a myth?

    False. Saving to the same drive is fine. Just don’t put the non-Avid files into the same OMF folder.
