  Trouble with Win7 & Premiere

  Running win7(64)with CS4. Drivers and Adobe all updated. Premiere has slow render times or goes to a certain percent and crashes. I will also have to bring up task manager when I simply exit out of certain projects after I save them. Also, no audio on mpeg project I imported just fine on my XP system, music I added is there, but no audio from the mpeg. After Effects seems to work a lot quicker with the update.

  Nvidia Geforce 8600 GT
  Intel Pentium D CPU 3 Ghz
  4gigs of memory
