Trouble with Tinderbox Old Film plugin
Hi,
I’ve come upon a strange problem with the Tinderbox ‘Old Film’ plugin, that I don’t quite understand…
Earlier, I have been using an old version of The Foundry’s Tinderbox ‘Old Film’ plugin, to add scratches and dirt to an animation I did on an old Mac PowerBook G4. I then increased the scale of the layer, to create a kind of ‘zoom in’ on my material, before fading it to reveal the next layer. This worked fine when using the old version of the plugin.
Recently I wanted to to a similar animation again, using the latest version of Tinderbox. Now, when increasing the scale of the layer, the scratches starts to move towards the left of the composition instead of just increasing in size overall. So instead of ‘zooming in’ on the scratches and my animation, the scratches starts to move towards the left at the same time as they scale up.
Now I got a new Mac Pro and thought I’d give it a try again, since I guessed the problem was related to the fact that i was using After Effects CS3 on an PPC Mac… But the problem remains.
Does anyone have an idea what to do about this?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated…
