Trouble sending files
I’ve been trying to send a .mov file to a client using a popular large file sending program (if that made any sense). When the client receives the file, the audio is completely out of sync. However, in the original, it is not. I assume something is happening when the site uploads it to their server. The file is well below the 2GB limit. Anyone know of any solutions?

I would try sending it to yourself or me (https://www.beermattonline.co.uk/contact.html) or somebody to check that it really is the process of sending it via that large black and white bamboo shoot eating mammal that is causing the problems and not something to do with your client’s set up.

You also may want to try making it a .zip file before uploading. It won’t affect the quality of the file, but it will create a secondary layer of encription to keep the quicktime components in place.
