Trouble opening Color
Posted by Peter Wolsey on November 6, 2007 at 9:05 amJust recently installed FCS2 and, salivating, tried to open Color. No joy, just the warning screen (over the Color splash screen): ‘Unable to initialize OpenGL. Make sure Vide Desktop is disabled.’
I’m still a Mac yearling. Anybody give me a steer on this? Thanks, PeteWalter Biscardi replied 18 years, 6 months ago 3 Members · 4 Replies -

Seems like a weekly question in the Apple Color forum here on the Cow. fortunately AJA Kona boards don’t have this issue.

Thanks for your restrained replies – pretty fortunate not to be too flamed. Actually I did a search first but obviously didn’t hit the right keywords.
Of course Color opened first time after folowing the advice in the other thread (thanks Walter). All that reamins is to learn how to use it.
Thanks all, Pete -

Well we can help you there too! In addition to the fine Color forum here on the Cow, you can pick up my DVD which walks you through the entire interface. It’s quite simple to use actually, just very intimidating to get started. Click the link below to see more info.
