Trouble installing Noise Reduction Plugin
I’m trying to install my old install file for the noise reduction plugin I have used with Vegas 12 before. When I install it, it says it has installed correctly, but I don’t see it in my plugin chooser in Vegas. I’ve tried un-installing, installing a new version, rebooting …even downloading/installing a new trial version and still the same result. I really need noise reduction for a project that is due tomorrow. I’m about to just buy Izotope, but I really like the old Sonic Foundry noise reduction plugin. What is going on? I feel like I must be missing something very obvious. I’ve used this plugin with the same 64 bit OS before with the same version of Vegas on the same machine. (just had to wipe this computer and start over). I’m willing to buy it again, but don’t see it on Magix site. Has something changed since Magix bought Vegas that would prevent me from installing this plugin?
I have Vegas 12 and 14 in Windows 7 Pro 64bit.
