  • trouble coordinating movement in nested sequence with action in video on main timeline

Is it possible to open a nested sequence to the frame that corresponds to where the playback head is on the main timeline. For example, I have a photoshop sequence that contains movement of one of the layers that needs to be coordinated with action in the video on the main timeline. But I can’t figure out how to make the movement of the photoshop layer hit the right timing unless I count the frames between key points in the video and then count the frames in the nested photoshop sequence to set my keyframes. Also, is it possible to scrub through frames of a nested sequence on the main timeline so I can see how closely the two are matching?
