Trimming clips while using a templet
this is a two-fold question and I am despeate for some help. I am using the glass pane templet of motion and I am trying to trim the selected video clips before I drop them in the timeline but I have not figured it out. I was also wandering if anybody knew how to create a freeze frame within motion or if I can slow-mo a clip within the program. PLEASE HELP>>>

Use Final Cut to trim and speed change the clips, then send them to motion…
