Trim Mode question
Ok , so i have to say I’m finding a lot to like about premiere but i have a couple of questions regarding trim mode.
When you enter trim mode deselecting AV tracks has no effect, so you can’t deselect the audio and just roll back the video for example. If you deselect a track before entering trim mode however it maintains the relationship and only puts rollers on the selected tracks. Is this this right?
Is there a way to have the slip functionality with keystrokes and not by using the mouse, I know you you can slip 1 or many frames with keystrokes but you only seem to get the slip monitor when using the slip tool with the mouse- like FCP.
Anyone with a bit of an Avid background will probably guess that I’m really asking if it can work like Avid’s trim mode because it’s pretty close and these couple of points are just stopping it from being perfect.
