Trim keyboard shortcut not working – AE7
When I use the keyboard shortcut for Trim In (or Out) point of a layer -AE7 just sets basic in/out points, it doesn’t trim..has anyone any advice on how I might remedy this?
I’m on OS X 10.4.5.thanks

OK, it only works with the option key on the right hand side of the keyboard!

You’re using Option + the brackets ([ and ]), correct?
No problem on my dual G5 2.5GHz. Are you using a different language for your OS, or launching AE in a different language? Sometimes that throws off the keyboard mappings.

No, I’m puzzled, there must be something causing it.

Actually the key itself on the keyboard had just broken!
