I get this trembling text problem on my scrolling text (bottom to top) once I render out, everything seems fine on my timeline, shot in 720 50p timeline settings 960 x 720 (Panasonic) pro ress 422 HQ 50 fps

Rendered in Compressor at full HD 1280 x 720 50 fps, just done one at 5000 kps with key frames every 15, doing one now at 10,000 kbs with auto key frames and have changed the font from Lucinda to Arial, but in the compressor preview it seems like it’ll do this again.

Am I missing a text setting or preference, or should I be using a certain font/s?

    Thanks in advance

There are a lot of possible causes, but the bottom line is
that you’d better do your title scrolls in Motion.

What is your scroll text done with? Try the Boris Text Scroll and ad a little Gaussian Blur to it – should solve the problem.

I just used the standard scroll text in FCP (6) can I get what you’re talking about in FCP?

    Thanks for the advice

What you mean by FCP? ?
    It’s a typo and you met 7?

I have also FCP 7 and I do have that issue with the built in scroller as well.
Using the Boris one and adding some Blur solved it.
Just make also sure, you place it on full and not sub pixels, and even numbers.
FCP is much less tolerant than AE.
