    Trapcode install/import problems

    Hi, maybe someone can help me…?

    I downloaded the trapcode installers from the trapcode website. They install fine but when i click on a plug-in (in finder, for example 3DStroke) i get this error when it trys to open in AE:

    ‘After Effects error: Can’t inport file “3DStroke”:unsupported filetype or extension.”

    I have AE 6.5, OSX 10.3.9.

    I’m new to plug-ins, am i maybe doing something wrong? Should they appear under ‘effects’ within AE?
