I am currently using Trapcode horizon’s image mapping with a equirectangular image for a full 360 view. What i need to do is add objects to the image that pan with the background. So i want to be able to rotate my camera 360 degrees and look like the objects are sitting in the scene. The problem i am having is the objects pan at a different rate then the ground they “sit” on. I am relatively new to After Effects

Are the “objects” 3d layers in AE or 3d objects imported with a plugin?
What do you call the ground? Is it the one contained in the file that textures horizon? If so, you need to create a 3d layer as the ground, set it in 3d space to match the horizon ground level, Use Motion tile to expand it if it’s a texture that can be tiled, if not just create a large size file for that layer. Then you can intersect AE 3d layers with it and they will stick with the ground as the camera moves. If you’re using Zaxwerks to bring in 3d objects it’s a bit more tricky but it can be done still.
