  • Trapcode form doesn’t recognize rotobrushed layer’s transparency.

Applied form to a solid layer ( layer set to visible ) and used a rotobrushed layer ( hidden ) as a source for the color and alpha map. Functionality set to RGB to RGB. Issue: the comp’s background is no longer transparent. How can I fix this? Watched all of the tutorials on form and can’t figure this out. Thanks so much in advance.

Precompose the layer with the Roto Brush effect, and use the new precomposition layer as the source for the alpha channel.

That did NOT make a difference, unfortunately.
