  • Transparent edges to opaque comp?

    Weird thing.
Never noticed this before in 12 years, which if it has always been there shows amazing negligence on my part.
Pro Res HQ content No Alpha, scaled beyond the comp size.
    Yet white edge around frame.
Changed Background colour to black, black edge.

Why has the edge of my comp become 1 pixel transparent?
    Isn’t this a ridiculous problem?

As silly as this sounds, my first thought is what is the magnification of your viewing panel? Is it set to “fit” or some odd amount or something like 50% or 100%?

I’ve had some weird edges when my comp is set to “fit” or 30%, in a similar manner to what you describe, but it’s mostly an artifact of uneven scaling.
