I tried searching online and couldn’t really find an answer to this…I’m creating an intro for a small web series in after effects and premiere. I want to make a transition wipe kind of thing with a logo I already have…is this possible? If so how would I do this?

Sure. How to do it depends on what type of animation and wipe you want to do. If you are animating the logo over a graphical background that you want to wipe off and reveal your video then you can just animate the logo however you want and use a mask or one of the wipe effects on the background layer. Then render it out as a movie with an alpha channel. Bring that into Premiere and place it over top of your opening shot. HTH
