What is the recommended format for a transition animation if you want to include audio? I’ve been using .m2v to match the rest of my motion menus, but that separates the audio and video. Is there a way to include audio with your transition? Thanks.

Either use an untranscoded video file that has audio like AVI or MOV, or a multiplexed (muxed) MPEG2 file that contains both audio and video. Muxed files usually have the .mpg file extension.
