Transitions in Red 3.0.2 and FCP 5
Is it 5 or something corrupted in Red?
When I clip on the “Click for Options” button or anywhere else in the viewer, in order to set a transition, Red will not launch from within FCP 5.
Any thoughts?

I am not on FCP 5 yet. You might want to try your different RT Settings. That works for me in FCP 4.5.

Like other Boris effects in FCP you need to move the FCP CTI over the transition/clip before you click to enter Red. Give that a shot.
