  Transition videos not playing in Blu Ray Encore CS5

  I am trying to author a Blu-Ray in Encore CS5. Everything appears fine but the transition videos do not play in preview! I hear the audio but the video of last menu plays. The transition clips are .mov files combining video and audio …1 file …so I am curious why the audio would play without the video!!!
