transferring edl from mcxpress to xpress pro
Anyone know how to transfer an edl from mcxpress to xpress pro. The problem I am having is the mcxpress is saying 1:1 compression and my xpress pro does dv 411. Thanks so much for the help.

That’s not a problem. just make sure the capture settings don’t have the “capture resolution as logged” checked and recapture as DV 411 (25Mb/s).

We got the whole tape captured in the dv format it’s reading the edl from mcxpress as 1:1 so we are unable to relink it with the dv footage already captured.

Have you tried selecting the seqeunce and the master clip at Dv25 and doing a relink by timecode to selected clips?
